Peace
Flow
Tranquility
Tempest
Fight
Passion
When you see through the illusion, it is all the same!
We can all allow the things we love… but can you ‘let be’ that which you don’t like as well?
How do we find freedom?
(And how do we learn to love the search?)
We accept, we allow.
We embody Zen…
Allowing the seemingly incongruent to flow… Accepting the seemingly paradoxical… Relaxing into the apparently impossible… this is a step beyond synergy…
Circumstances simply are. They will change on their own… and you can change them as well, but they will always be there…
As you accept and allow them, you can begin to notice them fade in importance…
And begin to enjoy the flows of feeling (energy) which you will discover as you pay more attention to your sense of self…
This is a step into Zenergy…
As you release resistance, you will feel your experience of life begin to flow… love, happiness, satisfaction, boredom, anger, sorrow… are all interesting aspects of life when you allow them to flow… when you
Embrace their Energy!
Meditation is a beautiful beginning, but it is just the start…
Meditate your daily life!
Meditate your Radiant Circuits into a full loving, laughing flow!
As you approach Zen emptiness in your meditation of daily life, you can use your Radiant Circuits to fill the gaps (and perhaps the void) with bliss… and to make any moments where concentration slips much more enjoyable… they make it easier to laugh when you fall down… and to keep smiling as you stand back up!
Allow your meditation to be the bridge between all the aspects of your mind, body, and energy!
Simply let the energy flow… let the energy be…
This is the Radiant Energy of True Freedom…
This is Zen!
This is Zenergy…
Enjoy it!
Keep smiling,
Ben

“there is delusion and enlightenment, sentient beings and Buddhas, Moreover, though this is so, flowers fall when we cling to them, and weeds only grow when we dislike them” -Dogen
I’m ankle deep in petals and in not liking weeds
they’re attempting the choker hold, as I near passing out a vault of stars swarms through my mind and all is not lost, maybe I’ve gained a little ground, I grasp for the flowers. a few petals fall, the night is peaceful.
