Where do we go from here?

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!
Hopefully, as you read this post, you will begin to think of the ways that I can help you. I would love to get some participation at this point. What would everybody like to see? What type of meditation are you curious about? What experiences would you like to hear more about?
The primary tools that I use are deep breathing, self hypnosis, mindfulness meditation, life coaching, and body work/energy work. I will be happy, though, to answer questions or discuss any aspect of guided, transcendental, or chakra meditation, hypnosis, NLP, yoga, chi kung, pranayama, martial arts, progressive relaxation, stress management, consciousness expansion, or any other techniques that allow a person to arrive at peaceful prosperity.
I want to help you expand the areas of your life that you want to focus on.
Check out the rest of the site and see if any questions come up. Are you curious about life/success coaching? Would you like to see more or different meditations? Perhaps you would like some clarification on the other tools I use… I appreciate the complex (what happens if I do the yoga, the deep breathing, the apposition of opposites, and the mindfulness meditation at the same time?), as well as the mundane (when are you going to post about chakras?).
So feel free to ask any question, post any thought/insight, or share any experience as a comment/reply to this post or any other post, whether it has anything to do with that post or not.
I look forward to hearing your ideas.
keep smiling,
ben

I’m very interested in mental exercises that I can do quickly, and in a work environment. Often times if I am dealing with a lot of people or projects, I find it hard to stay in a positive (or even confident) state. Do you have any products that can help me?

I would be interested in relaxation techniques that would calm a busy mind to aid in resting. Between work and my kids (ages 2 & 6) I find it very hard to slow down at the end of the day and get a good night’s sleep. Any ideas?

Ebony and David, these are both excellent questions. I will write an entire post about the topic of stress and relaxation (at work and at home) soon. Thank you!
