Quick Countdown Meditation…

This is an incredibly easy process.

Like many of the exercises I have already covered, this exercise will allow you to relieve stress quickly and find even deeper levels of relaxation!
Quick stress relief is a wonderful thing!

For the purposes of this drill, the difference between meditation and hypnosis/self-hypnosis are negligible.
