well Ben I’ve accepted the fact that I’l always have pain.. dealing with it is a conundrum. The worst part is getting ouut of bed in the morning, with that I use the three ahs. sometimes very forcefully. and I’ve discovered that there are vast resevoirs in the human form that when accessed can release the pain or lighten the experience. thanks a lot for answers to myriads of questions. the boat is going somewhere. it’s not sinking after all.

I’m dealing with some physical pain as well… and although the 3 ahhs doesn’t eliminate the pain… it definitely helps me manage it… and it reminds me that the pain is just an experience… it is not the only experience, and it is not ‘who I am’
