Playing with Breath: the Buddhist Breath…

I’ve discussed the basics of this before, but this time I’ve covered it in a video.
The Buddhist Breath can be your gateway into mystical experience, a steady component of your practice of meditation, or it can just be a simple technique you use to relax and get rid of some stress.
The important thing is practice. Watch the video, then practice for 1 minute… allow yourself to relax, focus on the lower belly, notice what sensations arise in the body…
I know I repeat this quite a bit, but it can’t be stressed enough that regular practice yields powerful results.
Play with this technique in your meditation or out in daily life and tell me what you think!
keep smiling,
ben
