“Just as a smile is effective in communicating with other people, it is also an amazingly powerful healing tool in communicating with ourselves.”

-Mantak Chia

A sincere smile is simply amazing.

When you take it on as your day-to-day way of being, not only will it improve your health and happiness… it will help you radiate good will to others.

Virtually everyone loves seeing a sincere smile… do they not?

To help you develop a more powerful smile… surprisingly, meditation can help quite a bit  :-) … in fact, one of the most enjoyable and powerful meditation techniques I have learned, is the Secret Smile…

Now properly applied meditation is highly useful for a wide variety of reasons, but the more you practice enjoying your practice, the more profound your practice will become in all areas of your life.

So why not play with smiling?

The Secret Smile

So what are some of the best places to apply your smile?

Health:  Do the Secret Smile every morning, and use it throughout the day to help you manage and eliminate stress.  You will quickly start to feel better, and as you notice the good feelings growing, you will gradually develop vibrant physical health.

Relationships:  Smile deeply before and during special moments.  As you find this becoming your habit, you will more deeply treasure your relationship, and your partner will, too!

Work/Business:  Smile to ease the stress throughout the day.  As you ease your stress, and bring a little more joy to the work environment, productivity and satisfaction increase!

So please… play with the Secret Smile.  You’ll be very happy you did. ;-)

keep smiling,
