A Few New Developments…

Sorry if you received the test post… that was an accident.

The good news is, I’ve figured out how to write posts to this blog via email.

This means I can make updates much more easily and quickly… and I can go back and pretty them up with pics and stuff later. 

More consistency = better results with your meditations!

I’ll talk more about the other developments later today.
