“All things come out of the one and the one out of all things.”
-Heraclitus
The philosophy/religion is called pantheism.
But I’m not aiming to turn you into a philosopher.
I’m here to help you become a Mystic!
This is where we begin to change our vision to see God in all that is…
If God is in everything… that’s right… it means you, me, the coat hanger, and this computer.
I think many of us get an idea of this when we see a natural scene of profound beauty…

But the goal is to start to experience this all the time… whether the scene is easily viewed as ‘beautiful’ or not…
Are you ready to see the majesty of God in all things?

A Course in Miracles: Day 29
The game for Day 29 is:
God is in everything I see.
This idea gives the previous game a little more specificity.
Today’s game will follow the same structure of practice: you will want to practice about 6 times during the day, for about 2 minutes per session.
- Start by repeating the idea to yourself “God is in everything I see”
- Then apply it to what you see around you “God is in this table”, “God is in this lamp”, “God is in my hands”, “God is in this computer”, “God is in this sandwich”, “God is in this book”, “God is in this trash can”, etc.
- Do your best to see the same divinity in all objects you observe
Play with this idea throughout your day as well. Notice God in all that you see or experience… people, places, and things… this will quickly deepen your experience when you can accept the divinity of all that you encounter.
If you need to, be sure to add in some EFT tapping to get a deeper level of acceptance and understanding much more quickly.
From ACIM:
You will probably find this idea very difficult to grasp at this point. You may find it silly, irreverent, senseless, funny and even objectionable. Certainly God is not in a table, for example, as you see it. Yet we emphasized yesterday that a table shares the purpose of the universe. And what shares the purpose of the universe shares the purpose of its Creator.
As I said in a previous post:
Once you see the deeper meaning of the Universe anywhere… you will begin to see it everywhere…
At a deeper level, the separation between you, your cup of coffee, and God… is only illusion.
Play with the exercise… pierce the illusion!
keep smiling,
Ben
