And now for the next “30 Days of…” series!
For 30 Days, I will do a 5 minute energy routine every morning, and use a EFT tapping procedure once a day on an issue that comes up (for more information on the benefits of ‘tapping’, check out Emofree.com). The 5 minute routine improves general health, well-being, and positive feelings (and thus our ability to achieve our goals)… while the tapping procedure removes specific (and sometimes global) roadblocks in any area of life.
The 5 minute energy routine I will be using is a variation of one I learned from Donna Eden. To learn about Donna Eden’s 5 minute energy routine, check out the book Energy Medicine (It is in the Amazon.com box on the sidebar).
I will be doing my own tapping video at some point in the future, but for now, check out any of the tapping videos on SuccessWithEFT.com if you would like to begin this powerful process as well!
Just like before, I invite you to join me in this practice… even if you shorten it, or do just a little bit everyday… you can begin to notice changes throughout your day… and after 30 days… you will realize that you are completely in charge of your consistency… not just on an intellectual level, but on a deep intuitive level.
My primary goals for this are to
- have more balanced energy for meditation and for life
- begin to work out the challenges I have with my business
- and to just feel really good! (more information on these goals in a couple of days)
I will be keeping these posts very short (so I can spend time posting on other things as well), unless something happens that demands a lot of discussion.
Part of the 5 minute energy routine I will be focusing on is the tracing and activation of the Radiant Circuits… the Radiant Circuits act as Rivers of Bliss… keeping all the other energy systems of the body working optimally, and bringing you back into a joyful space (also described in Donna Eden’s book). The regular activation of the Radiant Circuits can positively and permanently change the way you perceive and approach your life!
Having properly aligned energies is a significant piece of the deep, blissful, mystic states so many advanced meditators speak about…

For this series of posts, I will be using the following structure:
Pre Game: Just a little bit about how I’m feeling in general, going into the exercises, and I will also tell you when I did the exercises (morning is my preference).
5 Minute Energy: Here I’ll cover the effects during and after the 5 minute energy routine… what I felt and what it changed.
EFT: This is where I will cover what I tapped on, how I felt/what happened during the tapping, and what was different after the tapping.
Thoughts: I include this so I can share any insights I have that don’t really fit into the other sections.
I can’t tell you how excited I am about this series… I’m incredibly curious just to see what happens!
