“Meditation brings wisdom; lack of mediation leaves ignorance. Know well what leads you forward and what hold you back, and choose the path that leads to wisdom.”
-The Buddha (Siddharta Gautama)
This is true in a sense of pure awareness… deep spirituality… enlightenment.
But it is also true in the sense of achieving what you set out to do.
So how can we simplify this to a straightforward process to help you get where you’re going?
There are three simple steps to this meditation of outcome clarification.
You can use meditation when first establishing your goal, and you can use it when you establish your action plan.
Most importantly, though, you can use it any time you want to get a quick boost of motivation… or a little more clarity on your next step.
The Simple 3 Step Meditation:
- Establish your goal
- Use meditation to achieve focus and clarity
- Take action!
For step 2, I suggest you watch the following video:

This is a truly powerful tool Ben. I used it as soon as I finished watching the video. Connecting the focus directly to action is awesome. Talking about building new habits it’s nice. But this, is a way to really do it. I’m a graphic designer, but I want to be an illustrator. I’ve had a lot good ideas, for a long time now. I’ve never brought it to reality. I think today is the beginning of something special. Today I started sketching. And it felt really good.
Thanks Ben,
P.S. Hows that $10,000 coming?
Jay
