3 Simple Secrets for Intensifying Love…

by Ben on September 11, 2009

So we discussed some methods of bringing more love into your life in the last post…

3 Quick Tips For Bringing More Love Into Your Life!

Now we will look at a few ways of making that love even more intense and Powerful.

love, heart, intense

How much more love are you ready to experience in your life?

Before you check out the video, it’s important to note that some people might be disenchanted with powerful changes in you.

When playing with your experience of love, you will begin to come across some rather profound states.

Not everyone will understand this.

It is very important that you maintain your love and respect for others even if they don’t seem to understand where you are coming from anymore.

The presence of love is usually intensely pleasurable… but some will always see the gain of others as a lack in themselves.

When you really start developing and connecting with the deeper lovingness within you… it will be easier for you to see past limiting points of view… you will begin to experience Truth… you will see beyond truths.

Although many will begin to deeply enjoy your presence, few will understand… and the lack of understanding is very difficult for many people.

So have compassion for them.

Warnings aside, here’s the video  :-)

3 Simple Secrets For Intensifying Love

  1. Focus and Relaxation (or Awareness & Acceptance) in and around the sensations to remove any challenges to the flow or complete expression
  2. Breathing into the sensations to clarify and intensify
  3. EFT tapping to clear the energy system, and create the potential for more consistent feelings of love in the future

Before we end this post, I wanted to give you just one more method/meditation for cultivating and intensifying  love:  Bring your awareness to the area around your heart chakra/physical heart/thymus.  Focus on it and relax into it.  Breathe deeply in and around it.  You can even tap on your thymus or hold your hand on the point as you continue to focus, relax, breathe, and accept.

Enjoy the Fruit of Your Heart!

Keep smiling,

Ben

Hi Benjamin,
Love what you said about people wanting to be around us when we’re feeling love and flowing love through us. Fabulous!

Thanks for your comment, Cheryl.

It seems so simple, but it took me a really long time to start practicing this in my life.

When you feel good, people will feel good around you!

The fact you chose only 3 points made this video far more powerful than if you have tried to cover more. Simple is not the same as easy and many of those who are new to this important work struggle when they are faced with information overload. Well done.

Thanks Timethief…

This is true. It has taken me a long time to realize when to “turn down the firehose” and teach in manageable pieces.

You should have seen some of the people I taught martial arts techniques to years back… poor guys
:-)

keep smiling,
