3 Methods For Finding Focus In Your Favorite Forum

by Ben on September 23, 2009

What happens when you read your favorite forum?

Many of us take an emotional ride of ups and downs… sharp twists and turns… and much of it takes place outside our awareness.

There is nothing wrong with this… and it is an excellent opportunity to learn more about yourself.

What if you could use your time in forums for finding deeper focus?

What if reading and posting in a forum became a meditation of its own?

I recently made a post on the Steve Pavlina forums (StevePavlina.com/forums/)

If you just want to read it, click the link.

If you want to post a response, or ask a question, you will have to create a profile for the forum (it just takes a couple of minutes).

The post is called 3 Easy Ways to Develop Meditative Focus in Your Favorite Forum!

The 3 different techniques involve:

  1. The Breath
  2. Body Sensations
  3. And… ?

If you want to read more, you’ll have to check out the post, click here!

keep smiling,

Ben

P.S.  Even if you aren’t a big fan of forums… You can use these methods anytime you are reading or writing…
